Joshua Ortegon
Joshua Ortegon is a veteran performance coach, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu black belt, and co-founder of PHNM Brand Fitness & Nutrition. With over 20 years of hands-on coaching experience, Joshua has worked with athletes and everyday movers at every level—from youth and high school sports to collegiate, professional, and lifelong fitness clients.
Joshua’s work is built around a simple principle: sustainable performance comes from intelligent systems, not intensity for intensity’s sake. His coaching blends evidence-based strength training, practical nutrition, and habit-driven lifestyle strategies designed to build strength, durability, and confidence over the long term.
As an active grappler and longtime performance coach, Joshua bridges the gap between the weight room and real-world performance demands. Since 2018, he has served as a high school performance coach, guiding athletes through structured long-term development with a focus on preparation, ownership, and consistency.
Joshua is the author of multiple titles in The Blueprint Series, including The Athlete Blueprint, where he distills decades of coaching experience into clear, actionable frameworks for training, nutrition, recovery, and mindset. His work is designed for athletes and adults who want to train hard, perform well, and stay in the game long term.
Gray Gaines Achille
Gray Gaines Achille is a certified trainer, nutrition coach, and co-founder of PHNM Brand Fitness & Nutrition. She specializes in helping adults lose weight, build strength, and create healthy routines that are realistic, empowering, and sustainable for real life.
Gray’s coaching philosophy centers on consistency over perfection. Rather than restrictive diets or all-or-nothing programs, she helps clients develop confidence around food, movement, and their bodies through progressive strength training, real-food nutrition, and habits that support long-term health.
Her work has helped countless clients improve body composition, energy, sleep, and overall quality of life—without burnout. With a background in International Studies and a global perspective shaped by travel, Gray brings a thoughtful, human-centered approach to fitness and wellness.
As a co-author and contributor to The Blueprint Series, Gray focuses on translating complex health and fitness concepts into approachable, actionable guidance designed to meet people where they are—and help them build momentum that lasts.
